The estate has a 7 night minimum stay requirement, except Christmas/New Year ~ 14 night minimum stay required, less than 14 nights must be approved by management.

RENTAL DEPOSIT: A 30% deposit of the total amount charged is required at the time reservation is
made to guarantee rental.
Balance must be received no less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
Reservations made less than 60 prior to arrival date are to be paid in full at the time of initial reservation.
Visa, MasterCard and Amex Cards accepted. Personal, Company, and Cashier's Cheques welcome.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% service charge on all cancellations.
To obtain a refund, less service charge, cancellation must be made no less than 60 days prior to arrival
date (90 days for Christmas & holiday reservations.)
Cancellations made less than 60 (90) days prior to scheduled arrival date are non-refundable, unless
owners are able to secure a paid-in -full reservation for the same dates.
